An annual AAMA club event. Enjoy the drive and the colors down the Turnagain arm with your friends.
We meet up in the Carrs Huffman parking lot at 10:00am. After connoitering and gabbing for a half hour, we will begin our drive down south at approximately 10:30am.
With a gas stop in Girdwood, and picture stops at our usual spots, we expect to eventually arrive in Seward around 1:00pm.
The AAMA have the Branson Pavilion rented (at. 1:30pm) for our BBQ and picnic. Bring along anything you would like to cook on the huge charcoal grill located within the pavilion, as well as the usual lunch dishes, salads, desserts and beverages. Community sharing, as always, is encouraged.
The Branson Pavilion is just east of the downtown area, on Adams St and Ballaine Blvd. Here is a link to it’s location on Google Maps (the pavilion is the red pin on the map, and identified simply as “4H37+3X”) :

After a leisurely lunch, we will cruise the town and probably stop for ice cream. Afterwards we have been promised a short tour of the Exit Glacier area by Seward native and fellow Model A’er, Dick Cruse. Then back on the road again, as we head for home.
Richard will be the event coordinator for this event. He can be reached on his cell phone at: 907-227-2595.
