Officers are elected annually beginning with a nominating committee established at the
October Regular Meeting. At the November Regular Meeting the membership votes on the
list of nominees to fill posts for the upcoming year.
At the January meeting the previous year's officers officially step down and a swearing-in
ceremony is conducted for the officers elect.
Officers are elected to a one year calendar term. Any member in good standing, age 18 and
over is eligible.
